I have had nothing but issues right now i have both lines giving me busy signals and nobody is on the phone.Worst phone service i have ever had! customer service is nice andtry's to be empathetic. and are good at fixing issues. but when new issues pop up every day it gets tiresome having to call them to get stuf fixed and my life line is down more than it is up! i now have to devote a lot of time to working on my business phone service. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!

Continued to be charged after service was cancelled

I cancelled my service and have been continued to be charged "taxes and fees" since then. Customer service claims there is nothing they can do to reimburse me since they had to pay these "fees" to the government. Unless you plan on using their service forever, I would NOT recommend them.

Great phone for my business

Ooma has provided me with a superior VoIP package which has an amazing feature set at an unbeatable price. It has allowed me to not only reduce the price for my home phone service but leverage that for use with my small business.

Frequently I am away from my office phone and the app lets me receive calls as long as I have my mobile phone with me (which I always do). Thanks Ooma!
