Works mostly as intended. Web app and iPhone app is really slow, annoyingly slow. Also I have to take out my redirection phone number and re-add it when needed be because the "Redirect or don't redirect" does not work. Quite annoying when it's clearly off but it still redirects.

I have been using OOMA for quite a bit to save a little over Comcast. The service and dependability it's just as good and customer service much better than comcast, my issue is the taxes I was assessed following the golive, my service and the amount of lines was very similar to my comcast account bill but the taxes which one thinks would be similar are double with OOMA. I would have never wasted the huge amount of time switching services to be paying more.

So far I am very satisfied with my business service from ooma. I especially like the fact that my office phone (OOMA) now rings on my mobile device as well. I also have ooma for my home phone. The only thing I would like with the business phone is some way to call block telemarketers. This is available on the home ooma but not the business ooma. Spam phone calls are getting so bad that I rarely answer my phone unless I am sure who is calling. Not great for a business where you would like to answer inquiries for new potential customers.

The system randomly drops calls fairly frequently which I find unacceptable for a business application. To date technical support has tried to help but been unable to correct the problem.The interface is a bit lacking. Incoming calls do not consistently display the number.

Drop your current phone provider and go VOI or voice over the internet. You'll save a bundle. I saved $75 a MONTH over vonage. And, I get better customer service, quicker, and IN THIS COUNTRY. Do yourself and your checkbook a favor and get Ooma and never look back.

Customer Service is excellent!!! We recently purchased our OOMA office phones and repeatedly called either to understand the set up of the features better or to discuss a glitch here and there. Every time I call I don't have to wait more than 1-3 minutes to get a service rep on the line, and each has been courteous, patient, and very helpful. Keep up the good work OOMA!

The phones work pretty good, would love to have a better choice of features like when second line rings be able to hear it if not looking at phone or a actual ring tone. As far as the origional sales rep, she was horrible but I know she don't work with you all any longer. Lastly the customer service for tech support is awesome always willing to help and teach. Good price, ok service

I upgraded to a LG V30 and your program does not work on my new phone. The screen on my phone shows the ooma office logo and nothing else. I had talked to some tech people who said they were working on the problem. I am going to be forced to drop ooma and demand a refund if you cannot fix your problem. Kick some butts and get it done.
