I love the ease and convenience of having a second line on my personal phone without having to give out my personal number as well as having the option to listen and view voicemails through email. I do however have a few issues with spotty coverage in certain areas. It would not be such a big deal, however, the area in question is my house in Rocklin. This kind of defeats the purpose. I have found ways to work around this like calling people back off of my personal line after hearing messages but it would obviously be better to be able to answer and communicate right away. Another issue is having to log into my phone, and then the app, and then take a call. Even though I have it set for several rings, usually by the time I hear it and get that all in, the call has gone to vm. I will say, the customer service with Ooma has always been wonderful. Technicians have been super responsive when called and have been able to trouble shoot most issues. All in all, it's a good product for a fair price. Anyone who can get us away from the physical office so that we are more productive in the field is good in my book. Thank you, Angela, Guild West Property Management.

I have been enjoying ooma office with two clients now and ourselves for a few months now. One new client is very happy with it as well.I have heard that my client called ooma tech support and had some issues. The customer got fustrated with the tech support, unplugged the devices and solved her own problem.No response from the president when i had an issue. The issue got resolved over the weekend however.I still have one issue with a ring group and doing the same ring over that AT&T gives...when line 1 is occupied or busy, it should immediately ring over to the next extension/line, but it beeps in the receiver a number of times and then moves over to the next line/extension. This should have an option to ring over immediately if busy.

We keep getting disconnections more often around 3 or 4 pm and we have to restart or unplug and plug back the ooma box. But other than that, the service is ok

Overall, Ooma offers a way for us to provide simple information for our customers so that they can get information quickly and efficiently. We have been very pleased with the service and the price.

Customer service is non existent. Just buy from the store and hook up yourself.

While I have been very happy with various features, the fact that outgoing FAX is unreliable means I have to rely on another carrier's services. Therefore I pay for multiple lines unnecessarily. Hope you can improve the outgoing FAX part. thanks

Good, but a few issues

Voicemails always go to "Saved Messages" - even new voicemails you haven't listened to yet. Also, even thought you clear the History, sometimes if you miss just one call, it will say "4 missed calls" or other amounts - even when you've already listened to messages. Not sure what arrow at top right that periodically shows up and blinks means....other than that, satisfied.

I appreciate the chance to provide my opinion of your products and service. Without a doubt, everyone in our company has experienced the poorest quality phone service and responsiveness from your sales/technical staff for the many issues related to this phone system. Most of our staff have resorted to using their personal cell phones in order to conduct business because they cannot rely on your phone system. We have given up contacting your company about the many problems because nothing is ever done. On top of that, simple features that any regular business system would include as a standard, are not supported by your phones. We have only had the phones since October 2017. I regret that it was my decision to go with your company and it is the worst business decision I have made in my 30+ years.

Ooma Office has a lot of great features including Virtual Fax and Virtual Office Assistant. I like the notification system that send all voice messages and faxes to email. The ability to turn on follow me so that the calls follow you if you are not in the office is great too. I like the idea of the Virtual Office Assistant phone answering system but the mechanical voice makes the feature less attractive. She sounds a little like the Jetson's Maid. This definitely detracts from the feature. Still, the ability to create in and out of office messages and to note closures for Holidays or special events is nice. I would like to have a feature that allows you to have a forwarded line without sacrificing an extension. We use on line full time to act as a forward to our Central Office Help Line.
