I like Ooma phone system, first the basic phone line cost is not that high as conventional ones. Second, we can use 'digital' function (AI assistant, text, voice mail etc...) through Ooma system. Most of all, I like their customer care center. I pre-ordered this phone before the internet connection, and it arrived quite quick, but my internet connection went totally messed up and it took more than a month have it connected. However the customer care center understool my situation and handled it well and helped me set up initial phone line system well. Thank you, Ooma, I hope my business also to run well, flourish soon.

Fantastic sales experience: Chris and Ron are rockstars

Usually shopping for business software is not an enjoyable experience, especially when you have to speak with a sales rep. I've been looking for a VOIP provider for my CPA firm and have spoken to a few companies. When Chris from Ooma asked me to call, I took a deep breath and dialed. Right off the bat he asked how I was doing with the storm (Hurricane Ian is bearing down on FL). I spoke with a rep from another company earlier and they didn't mention it. In the email before I called, Chris detailed all of the taxes and fees with an explanation of each one. The reps at the other "top" VOIP providers didn't mention these fees and when I asked only told me they were "telecom taxes and fees". Finally, Ooma has vanity numbers available. It's not a huge deal but a nice touch. I saw a good one online but Chris wasn't able to access it in his database. So, he called the Director of Sales, Ron, and they found a solution to get me that number.Fantastic service gentlemen. You've not only won a customer and made a sale, but I will definitely tell any friends/clients/associates if they need a VOIP system to call Chris at Ooma.

Really liked working with Nadja. Very professional, responded in a timely manner, and helpful in identifying the best plan for our needs. While we did not end up going with Ooma for now, I will definitely keep them in mind when we revisit this issue. She is exceptional!

Amazing experience

OOMA is a quality service provider. They rescued me after having a bad experience with another VOIP provider and had me up and running in no time. The customer service is fast and everyone is very helpful.

Much preferred to our prior carrier!

Our small law firm switched to Ooma when we became very dissatisfied with the large carrier we had been dealing with for years. What the large company simply couldn't get right, Ooma accomplished immediately. The phone equipment is good quality and easy to use. The sound quality and reception are above average. Their website is super-easy to use, which makes quick, in-the-moment changes simple and effective. The sound quality of the emailed voice messages is clear. So far, every fax has gone through fast and without a hitch. Unlike the large carrier we had so much difficulty with, Ooma gets is all right. We hope they can keep up the great work, so we can keep using their superior service for many years to come.
