Can more than one person access the Remote Device Management portal?

Yes! Multiple IT members can access the Ooma Remote Device Management portal and manage mission-critical systems. This lets IT teams ensure that someone is always available if an Ooma AirDial device needs troubleshooting.  

It’s easy to set up new users in Remote Device Management, too. Head over to the USERS tab, click Invite New User and input their information.
