Adaptive redundancy Packet loss is the enemy of VoIP – it can cause voice to sound stuttered or garbled. The Ooma Telo detects packet loss on your Internet connection and automatically sends redundant packets to boost the clarity of your phone call.

Ooma Voicemail Transcriptions This service converts Ooma voicemail messages into text and delivers it to a mobile phone or email account associated with the Ooma profile.
