Keeping the same number even when I move

I heard of Ooma years before getting it myself. I thought it would be hard to switch, it wasn't. Hookup was simple and the website easy to navigate. I currently have Ooma's basic service: I love the fact I can bring my Ooma phone number with me if I move and that I can call anywhere within my state for no extra cost.

High quality and low price

Very good reception everywhere in my home and outside. It works as well as any phone without the cost of a large monthly bill. I've never had a single problem.

Pleasantly surprised

I was apprehensive with customer services' promises when signing up, but so far everything has happened as they said it would. I appreciate the honesty and Ooma's caring for my best interests.

No monthly fees

The primary reason I switched to Ooma was the no monthly cost. I also wanted a landline phone that would work with a fax machine and be a back up for my mobile phone.

Excellent home phone choice

The Ooma Telo was a gift from our daughter. Best gift ever. It just keeps on giving!

A ton of useful features

I love that I can turn off call waiting. I hate when I am talking to someone and another call beeps, interrupting the conversation. I also love that I can selectively block numbers and now am not receiving any telemarkerter calls.

I have Ooma Premier and love it

If you're going to have a landline this is the way to go. Ooma makes it easy to block the unwanted callers from your call log with Ooma Premier.

The notifications are great

I love the email notifications of voicemails, and the 911 notifications. Fortunately, I haven't had to receive any 911 notifications.

The blacklisting feature is great

Using the Ooma Blacklisting feature takes me off the solicitation grid!

Much cheaper than landline

My primary reason for choosing Ooma was to escape the high cost of service from traditional landline companies.
