It was very easy to set-up. The number ported very quickly and easily. We are paying for the premier service which seems to be a good value for the upgraded features. The problem that we're having is continuous static on the line. I've unplugged and reset the Ooma a few times hoping that would help and so far no improvement. If it weren't for the static issue, I'd be very happy. Hoping to spend some time on addressing that issue soon.

Only installed Ooma a month ago. Ported over my old phone number, Web site it would take up to 6 weeks for it to happen, actually happened within a few days. The temporary Ooma number remained as the primary until I contacted customer service, so be aware of that. The system works as advertised, replaced my cable bundle phone so it’s stull mostly spam and robocalls, but it works and it is certainly cheaper. Of course, proving to cut Comcast out of my life has been nearly impossible, when I finally got down to a reasonable TV price they essentially threw the phone line in for free, so I now have a Comcast phone as a second line. Unless I quit their Internet and TV completely I suspect they will be with me to the grave.

I was only able to make around 5 calls before it was unusable. I called multiple times and they kept telling me they would call me back and never did or it just wouldn’t go through because the phone didn’t work. I have talked at least 20 people out of getting this service.
I can not make or receive calls. I have tried resetting by unplugging from power source and re plugging. I get a message that says ”no line”

We are very happy with our switch to Ooma. The product was very easy to set up, and the porting of our number went very smooth. Sound quality is outstanding.

We have had OOMA for a couple of years now. When we switched from ATT to OOMA, we were saving about $40 dollars a month. Over the months, OOMA has consistently eased up from a few cents to almost a dollar each month or two. When it reaches $20 a month, we will be canceling OOMA and doing without a landline. Too bad.
Home Phone for under ^.00 a month WHAT!!!!

Before I found ooma I was paying one of the big three 65.00 a month for phone service it started out at 30.00 and within a year it doubled well the quality sure didn't double it was awful. I found ooma and am so pleased my phone service has never failed me. Which for most people they can just use their cell phones I however have a pacemaker that is monitored by phone at random intervals I never when or what time it gets checked but I do know unlike the company I had before I have not gotten one phone call saying I had to come into the office because my machine is not picking up the signal for my pacemaker. What a relief it is knowing I can go to bed and if there is a problem with my heart my pacemaker will know about it immediately because I have dependable phone service. With my last company I actually had a ambulance show up because my signal was not registering and they couldn't reach me by phone because it was out. When you get charged 200.00 for a worthless ambulance call you from then on very grateful that you know you can depend on OOMA
Love, love, love my Ooma!

I have had the Ooma Telo for approximately five years and only wish I'd known about it sooner. Absolutely no problems at all. I'm even able to talk with my sister in Italy every week.
you ought to give me $20 for putting up with ooma - no one calls because the quality is HORRIBLE!!
