Still waiting for my number to be transferred. I alraidy pay for 2.5 months for no phone... and no success in talking to anybody at your end. In 2018, pretty sad.

It's just what we wanted for our home phone, especially the price.Very satisfied.

Simple to set up and it is more cost effective than Vonage. My only complaint is the cost of the unit which is far more than Vonage.

We were going to get rid of our land line but my brother-in-law recommended Ooma for great service and low cost. He was right, easy to install, saved about $30 a month over Vonage, and kept our old phone number.

Our ooma went out after only two weeks. So far, it's been over a week since it went out and the replacement is still not here. I rated the features 5...too bad we can't use them.

I found the Ooma products (Telos, HD3 handset) to be well made with some frustrating experience over how to use some features:1. The MyOoma website seems mainly concerned with selling additional features. Where is a tab for Support?2. Using the dynamic 2nd line feature is cool but tricky - easy to hang up on both lines by trying to disconnect the 2nd line.3. The HD3 contacts Favorites allows only 10 entries - need at least 20.4. Each HD3 handset required manually setting up the Favorites directory. If they are independent by design, need to allow copying from another unit or from TELOS itself (not sure how this works).5. The HD3 Phonebook name lookup is unwieldy if there are a lot on names, because a key entry (say "5") looks for multiple letters ("JKL") in both 1st and last name. Since contacts are usually sorted by either first or last name, it would be nice to lookup at only one or the other. I deleted a lot of contacts to make this first key entry give a shorter list of names to choose from.6. The TELOS unit lacks a sound for a message alert. I allow calls to roll into an answering machine that does play a message sound.7. On two recent occasions the TELOS unit dropped contact with the 4 HD3 handsets and required rebooting to recover.

Sound quality good on most my phones. Some phones have an echo/feedbackEasy to set upFaxing is an issue.....you cannot fax more than 2-3 pages at a time- sometimes that is not practical. I suggest you find an eFax or send file directly to email....you will save yourself from getting fax and creditability headaches. If a person or company wants to send you a fax, please add them to your contacts otherwise if you have your blocking system on---including anonymous caller, etc., your system may block the fax.....because the number is not recognized. I think if you fax a lot.....you should keep your landline or use email. You must have a dependable Cable internet provider. If you do not, when your internet is out, so are your phones, even though Ooma store messages. I have a cell phone, there a few times in the last week my internet provider went out.I like the Premier Service....it has some really usable features - like a second number, call forwarding etc. Check out what you need.I dropped my landline because I was getting dozens of unwanted calls a day. The landline company solution was to give everyone who called me a special code. How practical is that? Ooma Cost is somewhat reasonable even with the upfront investment. Would you rather pay $75 a month?I will keep Ooma on trial for 1 year. If all works out....I will keep. I removed the automatically renewal from my account. It may avoid future issues.Am I glad switched from my landline company? YES

I have been lied to multiple times by this company. This is the worst company I have worked with in a long time. Look else where for your VoiP
